All you need to do is unzip the .rar into the directory where all your themes are (so you'll have a folder). Then you'll just need to press "update theme list" (or whatever it says) under litestep menu where you select the theme you want to use. That's all

Theme.rc will have all the configuration for the LiteStep theme (which does not include the large clock pasted on the desktop).
Sorry if I've misunderstood your question.
I've written a little code for the theme.rc file to make a very similar clock on the desktop without using all the memory. I'm not good with formatting the words but it's almost identical. Let me know if you want the code.

I hope you are aware that Litestep disables the taskbar (and the start button) - that is disables "explorer.exe"; I think it requires a restart to take effect.
This might give you a scare at first - but all should be well - and it's always reversible.
